Refund and Returns Policy

At SLIQFIT, we deliver premium supplements with care and ongoing support for every order. Please review this refund and returns policy to understand eligibility, issue reporting, and cancellation guidance.

1. Eligibility for Returns

SLIQFIT accepts return requests only for damaged, incorrect, or compromised orders. For safety and quality, products cannot be returned once opened and used.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an incorrect product
  • The package was tampered with or opened during delivery

2. Reporting an Issue

To request a replacement or refund, please report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of:
    • The outer package
    • The product condition
    • The invoice/label

3. Replacement Policy

  • Approved cases receive a replacement product
  • Replacement ships within 5–7 business days
  • No extra shipping cost for replacements

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when replacement is not feasible.

  • Refunds process to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

5. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns/refunds for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged by customer handling
  • Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by customer

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
